Who we are
logicoflogic.com is published by Trilot LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. This policy explains what personal data the site handles, why, and what rights you have over it. For anything related to this policy, write to pp@trilot.com.
What we collect
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. If you email us, we keep the correspondence. That is the complete list; the site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising.
How we use it
Your email address is used to send you the newsletter you asked for. Your name is used to address you. We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber data with anyone, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not enrich it with third-party sources.
Email delivery and double opt-in
Newsletters are sent through MailerLite, a third-party email delivery provider acting as a data processor on our behalf. When you subscribe, MailerLite sends you a confirmation email and your address joins the list only after you click it (double opt-in). MailerLite stores your address, your optional first name, and basic delivery events (sent, bounced, unsubscribed) on our behalf, and is contractually barred from using them for anything else. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookieless measurement tool: aggregate page counts and referrers, with no cookies, no fingerprinting, and no individual profiles. We cannot identify you from our analytics, and we like it that way.
Spam protection
The subscribe form includes an invisible field that only automated bots fill in. Submissions that trip it are discarded; nothing about you is collected or scored in the process.
How long we keep it
Subscriber data is kept while you are subscribed. When you unsubscribe, your address leaves the active list immediately and is removed from the delivery provider's suppression records on request. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for answering you.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe with one click in any email. You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by writing to pp@trilot.com. We answer within 30 days, usually much faster. Depending on where you live, these rights may be backed by law (such as the GDPR or state privacy statutes); we honor them for everyone regardless.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has subscribed, write to pp@trilot.com and we will delete the record.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes affecting subscribers are announced in the newsletter itself.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Questions, requests, and complaints all go to pp@trilot.com.
