AWS added temporal policies to Bedrock AgentCore so authorization checks can evaluate an agent's session history and block out-of-sequence actions.
Amazon Bedrock AgentCore now supports temporal policies: stateful authorization rules that evaluate an agent’s session history rather than just its current request, letting teams enforce workflow sequencing (e.g., a payment step can’t run before an approval step) and block actions that arrive out of order.
