Lyzr raises $100M, agent ran the round
Enterprise AI agent startup Lyzr closed a $100M Series B at roughly $500M valuation on July 9. SivaClaw, their agent, fielded all 130 investor questions.
Lyzr, an enterprise AI agent company, closed a $100 million Series B on July 9 at a valuation of approximately $500 million. Investors included more than 130 parties from Silicon Valley, the Middle East, and financial services. Lyzr received $400 million in total interest.
The fundraise was handled in large part by Lyzr’s own AI system, SivaClaw. The agent fielded questions from all 130 investors, drafted investment memos, and tracked which presentation slides each investor spent the most time reviewing. Founders said they did not conduct traditional in-person meetings on Sand Hill Road.
What it means for you
The demo-as-deployment pattern is becoming more common, but using an agent to run your own fundraise is a different kind of proof point than a customer case study. If the system that built your pitch can also close a $100 million round, that is a specific claim about autonomous investor relations at the top of the capital stack.
Whether SivaClaw’s performance generalizes to customer deployments is a separate question. Enterprise AI agent sales cycles are long, and the fundraise environment is more controlled than a Fortune 500 procurement. Still, $400 million in interest from 130 investors without in-person pitching is hard to explain away as marketing.
