Prime Intellect closed a $130M Series A valuing the company at $1B, TechCrunch reported July 8, with Radical Ventures leading and Nvidia Ventures, Intel Capital, Dell Technologies Capital, and Iconiq also participating. The company sells compute, an RL training framework, and eval tooling so enterprises can train their own agentic systems without depending on a frontier lab; it counts Ramp and Zapier as customers and claims roughly $100 million in annual recurring revenue.
