Cline v4.0.1 reverts the SDK architecture migration introduced in v4.0.0 and ships the v3.89.2 codebase while the team stabilises the new runtime; subagents remain temporarily disabled. The prior v4.0.0 release added a plugins system and Skills marketplace, but the underlying SDK change introduced stability problems that warranted an immediate rollback.
