Lambda arranged $1B in short-dated debt via JPMorgan to buy Nvidia chips it plans to lease to Microsoft, its second major chip-debt raise this quarter.
Lambda arranged $1 billion in private, short-dated debt through JPMorgan Chase to buy Nvidia AI chips for leasing to Microsoft, on top of a $1 billion secured credit facility closed in May and a separate $926 million term loan this week for Nvidia GB300 GPUs. Banks and tech companies have raised more than $400 billion in AI-related debt globally so far in 2026.
