New suit says xAI trained Grok on CSAM

A new complaint alleges xAI's training data included known CSAM hash-listed images, the first case against xAI over training data, not just image generation.
A plaintiff identified as Jane Doe filed a proposed class action alleging xAI trained Grok’s image-generation capability on CSAM matching her own known hash-listed abuse images, and that Grok’s own generated outputs are fed back into further training by default. It is the first case to allege xAI trained on CSAM rather than only that Grok generated it on request. xAI did not respond to a request for comment.
