TSMC posts record June revenue on AI demand
TSMC's June revenue hit NT$442.68 billion, up 67.9% year over year, its highest monthly total ever, as AI chip demand outstrips supply. Q2 results land July 16.
TSMC’s own filing puts June revenue at NT$442.68 billion, up 6.2% from May and 67.9% from June 2025, the highest monthly figure in company history per reporting on the filing. First-half revenue reached NT$2.4 trillion, up 35.6%. N3 capacity and CoWoS packaging are sold out through year-end. Full Q2 earnings, due July 16, are not covered here.
