xAI's Grok CSAM lawsuit adds a new plaintiff

A new plaintiff has joined an existing class-action lawsuit against xAI, alleging that Grok’s safety systems failed to detect and escalate a pattern of abusive image-generation requests targeting her, made using her own childhood photo, until a specific prompt eventually triggered a report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The suit alleges xAI had earlier warning signs that went unactioned. xAI has not yet responded publicly to the new claim.
