AWS added OpenAI gpt-oss-120b and gpt-oss-20b plus NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super 120B and Nano variants to Amazon Bedrock in GovCloud regions us-gov-west-1 and us-gov-east-1 on July 1. Models run under FedRAMP High, DoD SRG, ITAR, and CJIS compliance requirements. Nemotron 3 Super delivers 5x throughput improvement over its predecessor. All models support a 1M-token context.
