DeepMind and A24 form research tie

Google DeepMind announced a research partnership with film studio A24 on July 3, framed as a multi-project research collaboration. No specific models, tools, or deliverables were named at announcement. Google reported a roughly $75M investment in A24 in June. It is the first deal Google DeepMind has publicly disclosed pairing AI research with an entertainment studio.
