Cline CLI v3.0.31 bundles Skills with their parent plugins so both install and uninstall together from the marketplace, adds a marketplace uninstall action, surfaces ClinePass subscription prompts, and enforces a 64-character limit on MCP tool names. The tool-name cap is a behaviour change: servers exposing longer names will break until renamed.
