Cline CLI v3.0.41 and SDK v0.0.61 show live compaction progress in the terminal, persist workspace git info across sessions, and add Plan/Act mode guidance.

Released July 15, both versions add Plan/Act mode guidance to the system prompt, persist and refresh workspace git info across sessions, and suggest model IDs from OpenAI-compatible endpoints. Compaction no longer runs during an active turn.
