Vercel AI SDK adds xAI streaming tool results

The @ai-sdk/xai@4.0.7 release on July 6 adds native emission of provider-executed tool results during xAI Responses API streaming calls. When xAI executes a tool and completes the call, the result now arrives as part of the stream rather than requiring separate retrieval. The update shipped alongside ai@7.0.16, which preserves signed tool approval metadata when recording approval responses.
